Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using the vladexx.com website and the services provided by Vladexx LLC (“Vladexx”). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time, and the version in effect is the one posted here.
Prohibited activities
You agree not to use our website or services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Transmit malware, ransomware, or other harmful code, or engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices;
- Send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages (spam) or harvest contact information for such purposes;
- Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others, or publish unlawful or abusive content;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or organization.
Security & integrity
You also agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, network, or data, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without our prior written permission;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our website or services (for example, through denial-of-service activity);
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features, rate limits, or access controls;
- Reverse engineer or copy our services except to the extent permitted by law.
Authorized security testing performed by us, or for you under a written agreement, is expressly permitted within the agreed scope.
Use of AI features
Where we provide AI-assisted features or integrations, you agree not to use them to generate unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content, to make consequential decisions about individuals without appropriate human oversight, or in any way that violates the terms of the underlying AI providers. AI outputs may be imperfect and should be reviewed before reliance.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of our website and services, for any content and data you provide, and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it. You must keep your credentials secure and promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may suspend or terminate access to the website or services, remove offending content, or take other appropriate action, including cooperating with law enforcement, consistent with applicable law and any Services Agreement.
