In those cases the client is the controller of that information, we act as a processor/service provider, and our handling of that data is governed by the written agreement (and any data processing terms) between us and that client, not by this website policy. We process such data only to provide the agreed services.

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, for example, to respond to your inquiry, to provide services, and to meet our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Security is core to what we do. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, aligned to recognized frameworks such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and the CIS Controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to continually improve our controls.

Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
